Lead Time Disclaimer

• Lead times provided on quotes are based on individual unit production timelines and current production capacity at the time of quoting.

• Final delivery timelines may vary depending on total quantity ordered and scheduling at the time the Purchase Order is received.

• For multi-unit orders, please note that the final lead time confirmed in the Order Acknowledgment reflects our scheduling across the full scope of the order.

• We always do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will communicate proactively should any updates arise.

• If you have specific delivery needs or would like to discuss phased shipping options, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your understanding and partnership.

Return Policy

• Restocking Fee of 30% plus cost of return shipping.

• Must be returned within 30 days of original receipt.

• Box must be unopened with photographic confirmation prior to us authorizing return shipping.

• LTL shipping is required if product is larger than 10HP 460vac / 5HP 208/230vac.

• J&L will arrange shipping for returns requiring LTL.

• If using standard shipper, you must supply J&L with tracking number when product is shipped.

• Credit will be issued to your account for future purchases.

Cancellation Policy

• If order is cancelled within 48 hours of receipt of purchase order there is no charge.

• If order is cancelled after 48 hours of receipt of purchase order, there will be a 30% cancellation fee.
